A Total Disappointment in Every Way
The room had a modern design that felt inviting despite the overall grim experience. It was spacious and provided a comfortable sleeping area, which was one of the few bright spots during the stay.
However, everything else was disappointing. The surroundings felt unsafe with shady characters outside, and my initial excitement faded quickly after finding a dirty toilet and a generally neglected atmosphere that left me uneasy.

Consider asking for a room far from the street to minimize noise from conversations outside.

I had a cozy stay, enjoying the comfy bed and the mini-fridge that made snacks a breeze. The hot tub was a perfect place to unwind after a long day, and the small outdoor seating area added a nice touch for relaxing. There was a bit of noise from the hall at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

We enjoyed the spacious double room that allowed our kids to play comfortably. The convenience of having a mini-fridge was a relief for keeping snacks for them on hand. Plus, the location was great for our family outings around Midland.
My kids wished for a better pool area to enjoy during our stay.

Check-in was a challenge due to unpleasant interactions at the front desk, with a staff member displaying poor customer service. Notably, the non-smoking room had a strong odor of smoke, which was disappointing, particularly as I needed a restful night for early business. Despite the cleanliness of the linens and the surprisingly comfortable bed, the overall atmosphere could use attention, especially the lobby smell. While the fast Wi-Fi was a plus, it could not compensate for the initial frustrations.

missingWrote a review on 04 Julcomfortable bedmini-fridgemicrowaveunpleasant odor
The bed offered surprisingly comfortable cushioning, making it easier to catch some shut-eye after a long day. A mini-fridge and microwave added value for keeping snacks handy, especially useful since no dining options were close by.
The experience kicked off on the wrong foot, with the room having an unwelcoming odor that seemed to linger despite the clean linens. The bathroom left much to be desired, with signs of wear showing on fixtures and lingering issues like a shower knob that could be pulled off with minimal effort. Additionally, the noise level wasn’t ideal, as conversations from neighboring rooms could be distinctly heard, making it harder to relax at times.
